Typically, this person will be a dedicated and proactive Parts Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, quoting, and converting parts sales, while working closely with both internal and external partners. Duties and responsibilities of the Parts Sales Advisor:

– Identify parts using manuals and online resources.
– Manage customer orders, inquiries, and estimates efficiently.
– Follow up on estimates to ensure successful conversions.
– Track and monitor sales levels, ensuring targets are met.
– Review contracts for accuracy on all orders.
– Handle customer queries professionally and promptly.
– Collaborate with franchise partners to drive business growth.
– Work with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
– Work closely with the Sales Director, Parts Manager, customers, franchise partners, and the finance team.

Qualifications and requirement for the Parts Sales Advisor:

– Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
– Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
– Analytical, organised, and methodical in your approach to work.
– Proficiency in IT and parts systems.
– Prior experience in commercial parts sales is preferred.
