Co-op is seeking a part-time Customer Team Leader to manage a team in our Melrose store, ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations. The role involves a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts, with weekend duties. Successful candidates will drive store performance, support merchandising and stock control, and champion Co-op membership within the community.
