Job Description

Boskalis is seeking a Senior HR Advisor (Part-time) to join the Subsea Services HR Team in Aberdeen. You will provide generalist HR support to line managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment law and business needs.

You will lead recruitment support, oversee development plans, and contribute to HR policy implementation while mentoring junior teammates and deputising for the Head of HR when needed.
