Job Overview
Our Showrooms are open to the public to visit, assisting our customers, allowing them to try our core range of products, ask questions, and decide which item would best suit their specific needs
Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks
- Providing the very best customer service at all times
- Build a relationship with our customers to determine their specific needs
- Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic
- Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting
