Job Description

We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to provide exceptional front-of-house support in North Berwick. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Tuesday to Friday start time upto 11am and finishing at 5pm.

Description

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and warm reception experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is well-organised.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
  • Support other departments with general office duties when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Part Time Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within professional services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
