We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to provide exceptional front-of-house support in North Berwick. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Tuesday to Friday start time upto 11am and finishing at 5pm.

Description
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and warm reception experience.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is well-organised.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
- Support other departments with general office duties when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Part Time Receptionist should have:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within professional services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional and friendly demeanour.
Job Offer
- 24,000 salary (pro rata)
