Part-Time Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

Allstaff Office Division is seeking a part-time Customer Services Agent in Renfrew. The role runs Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, totaling 24 hours per week.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, updating records and resolving queries. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months in customer service, strong listening and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Outlook.
