Nationwide is seeking a Customer Consultant for our Virgin Money branch in Rutherglen, Scotland. This permanent part-time role is 21 hours per week (Tue, Wed, Fri). You will welcome customers, process transactions, and guide them toward digital banking tools, delivering friendly, helpful service in a busy branch.

You’ll work with colleagues to ensure secure, fair banking and provide clear guidance on product options, helping customers manage their money with confidence.
