Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of products and services to the energy sector are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Administrator (22-30 hours per week) to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role will be fully office based and is located in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The roles of Accounts Administrator will include the following duties:

  • Inputting invoices
  • Operating Xero ERP system
  • Paying Supplychain bills.
  • Updating monthly overviews
  • Looking after money in / out
  • Working in systems like Ariba for the likes of SLB & Halliburton etc.
  • Forecasting cashflow
  • Liaising with our accountant
  • Looking after HMRC account
  • General admin duties
  • Raising POs
  • Delivery tickets
  • Maintaining files, documents etc.
  • Ordering parts, PPE & supplies occasionally
