Summary of Role
To assist in the provision of legal services to clients and to work with other members of the division to ensure best service to clients.
Key Tasks
- Draft and prepare documentation and deeds relevant to paralegal services.
- Take ownership and manage Will case plans to bring work to a conclusion.
- Prepare correspondence and liaise with clients by letter and telephone.
- Liaise with paralegals and solicitors in other firms.
- Actively deal with finance reports to ensure matters are fee’d, chased and closed on time.
- Manage files ensuring all steps are complete within the timescales and service level agreements set.
- Assist Partners and other fee earners of the division in any other reasonable duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- You will have a Paralegal Qualification in Wills, Trusts and Executries.
- You will have at least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal within a Private Client team.
