Private Client Paralegal Fife
Salary: DOE (circa 30,000)
Hours: Full Time Permanent
Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking to join a respected and supportive legal practice in Fife? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their established Private Client team, providing high-quality support across a varied caseload.
About the Role
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a range of private client matters. Working closely with clients, colleagues, and external organisations, you’ll help deliver an exceptional service while managing your own workload in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the administration of executries and estates
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other private client documentation
- Managing client correspondence and maintaining accurate case files
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and third parties
- Conducting legal research and preparing supporting documentation
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Supporting solicitors with day-to-day administration
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
About You
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law
- Knowledge of executries, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate administration
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional and empathetic approach when dealing with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a busy team
