Panel Beater (£52,000)
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £52,000
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for a talented and efficient Panel Beater / Panel Technician with a valid ATA or NVQ equivalent to join their leading team. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications in a state-of-the-art bodyshop, using modern tools and equipment.
Responsibilities for Panel Beater / Panel Technician
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
- Follow correct repair techniques and meet factory specifications and customer expectations
- Remove damaged panels and parts, repairing or replacing as needed
- Use welding equipment, hand tools and power tools to reshape and refit panels
- Smooth out dents and small imperfections using fillers and sanders
- Align body parts accurately and ensure proper fit
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Stay up to date with the latest industry repair techniques
Skills and Qualifications for Panel Beater / Panel Technician
- You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification such as NVQ, VCQ, SVQ or ATA
- You must have previous experience in a busy bodyshop and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team
- You will have a strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques for both heavy and minor crash damage
- A proactive mindset and the motivation to earn bonus hours are essential
