Painter
This Painter role offers opportunities to develop your skills across residential and commercial sites.
The Role
- Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming, to ensure a high-quality finish
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor and wider trades team on daily tasks and timelines
- Maintain tools, follow health and safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organised
- Read job specifications and ensure work meets client and company standards
We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a painter or decorator, or strong practical skills with a willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, consistent finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface preparation techniques
- CSCS card
