Paediatric Bereavement Support Practitioner

Job Description

Crossbasket House in Glasgow is seeking a Bereavement Support Practitioner to provide compassionate support to families and professionals experiencing grief after the death of a baby, child or young person.

You will work across maternity, neonatal and paediatric sites within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, offering support to individuals, couples and siblings, and coordinating with other staff as needed.
