The Role
- Lead packaging strategy, ensuring all operations meet customer, legal and quality standards
- Manage packaging suppliers, compliance, regulations and customer technical relationships
- Support new product launches, audits, site visits and continuous improvement projects
- Drive environmental performance by reducing waste and improving packaging efficiency
The Person
- Experience in packaging operations, food manufacturing, technical or quality functions
- Strong knowledge of GMP, BRCGS, HACCP and retailer Codes of Practice
- Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure
- Professional, organised and confident working with both internal teams and customers
