Job Description

Overall role:- This post will report to and support the PA to the CEO, who manages the HR function, and Directors, as well as working closely with other departments across the Company.Responsibilities Provide admin support to the PA to the CEO and Directors Assist with the preparation of HR reports Compile reports for management Maintain employee records Manage and update HR databases (new hires, leavers, holidays and absences) Attend meetings and take notes Book business travel and accommodation Assist with general office tasks when requiredPerson Spec (Skills/Knowledge and Experience required) Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with personal and sensitive data and information Outstanding organisational and time management skills and the ability to multitask Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing workload priorities Ability to be proactive and take initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite Ensure prompt and efficient responses to actions Present the company with integrity and professionalism at all times No previous HR experience required, but enthusiasm to help and engage with colleagues and contribute to the Company’s mission, values and growth. Salary and Conditions Salary TBC Full time hours: 37.5 hours per week Company wellbeing plan and pension.
