Outpatient Therapist – Licensed – AllHealth Network

What You’ll Do

  • Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidence based interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families
  • Utilize strength based wellness and recovery models to support client engagement and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integration of services and coordinated care
  • Promote optimal client outcomes through effective treatment planning and service delivery
  • Complete clinical documentation to meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
  • Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation within established timelines
  • Participate in specialized training and professional development opportunities
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Experience working in a behavioral health or clinical treatment setting
  • Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
  • Knowledge of DSM 5, recovery oriented care, and trauma informed practices
  • Ability to work effectively within an electronic health record (EHR) system

Compensation

Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $69,000 – $73,500 (based on experience and licensure)

Bilingual Differential: 10% compensation differential for bilingual English/Spanish clinicians (language proficiency testing required)
