Outdoor Lead – Forest Education & Adventure Mentor

Job Description

Naturally Learning is seeking an Outdoor Lead to champion our forest-based learning in Charlestown Forest. You will inspire children through nature-based experiences, model outdoor education daily, and mentor staff in delivering high-quality practice in all seasons.

This role requires Level 3 EY/Childcare, a Full UK driving licence, and a passion for outdoor learning with a commitment to weathering all conditions. Together, we’ll foster curiosity, wellbeing, and lifelong outdoor engagement.
