Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organisational Development Professional to lead the delivery of OD programmes across Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will play a key role in driving culture change, supporting leadership development, enhancing staff experience, and ensuring our organisational development activity aligns with our strategic priorities.
This is a high impact role requiring strong programme management skills, expert knowledge of OD tools and methodologies, experience of delivering complex organisational change and the ability to work collaboratively across a complex health and social care environment.
You will provide professional advice and leadership, design and deliver OD interventions, and contribute to a positive, values based culture across the HSCP.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in OD or HR at a senior level, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a passion for improving teams, services, and culture.
Benefits
From 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full time working week will reduce from 37 hours to 36 hours. Part time working hours will be reduced on a pro rata basis. A corresponding increase in the hourly rate will apply, ensuring that overall pay remains unchanged.
