• Job Title: Warehouse Operative
• Location: Coatbridge
• Work Pattern: Sunday Only, 09:00 – 14:00 (5 Hours per Week)
• Contract type: Part time

Summary of Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Coatbridge. This Sunday-only position is ideal for someone seeking part-time work and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.96. You will support the smooth running of warehouse operations by ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Assisting with the movement of goods throughout the warehouse
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational targets.

Skills and Knowledge

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of basic health and safety practices
• Desirable Experience using warehouse equipment
• Previous experience in picking and packing operations
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic stock control knowledge
• Flexibility to provide additional cover if required
• Experience working to productivity targets
• Manual handling experience
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
