Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for your next challenge with a growing, award winning multinational business?
We are seeking a hands on, driven Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and operational teams from our Kilmarnock site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful international organisation recognised for excellence across its industry.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, stock management, goods in processes, transport coordination and team performance, ensuring exceptional service levels and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day to day warehouse and operational activities.
- Driving performance across stock control, picking, goods in and logistics.
- Building strong relationships with internal departments and key external partners.
- Developing, motivating and coaching high performing teams.
- Ensuring operational KPIs, service standards and Health & Safety requirements are consistently achieved.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong people management and team development skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities.
- Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
- A proactive, customer focused approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
