The Role

  • Full accountability for site operations across water treatment, engineering, and health & safety.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, building a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability and clear communication.
  • Challenge outdated practices, implement lean methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage operational budgets with precision and ownership.
  • Oversee environmental and water treatment processes, ensuring full compliance and aligning with sustainability objectives.
  • Embed a proactive Health & Safety culture at all levels of the organisation.

What We re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience at Operations, Site, or Plant Manager level within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a relevant industrial sector.
  • Strong change management skills you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and inspire others to embrace smarter ways of working.
  • Engineering or technical background advantageous, particularly those experienced in managing cross-functional operations.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing P&L responsibility and delivering to financial targets.
  • People-first leadership style you build teams, foster collaboration, and lift performance.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety, environmental compliance, and modern manufacturing practices.
  • Experience in water treatment management (desirable but not essential).
  • A relevant qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
