Operations Leader – Repairs & Maintenance (Safety & Growth)

Job Description

GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL AND ARMS LENGTH ORGANISATION is seeking an Operations Manager in the Repairs and Maintenance Division to lead day-to-day works, oversee resources, and ensure delivery to safety, quality and budget standards.

The role involves coordinating with Contracts Managers, clients and subcontractors, maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies, and promoting continuous improvement in service delivery.
