The National Trust for Scotland is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Mackintosh Tearooms in Glasgow. You will lead day-to-day F&B operations, managing service across historical tearooms, hospitality, private dining and events, while driving exceptional visitor experiences.

You will oversee Head Chef and service supervisors, ensuring high standards, financial performance and regulatory compliance within a heritage setting.
