Job Description

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an organised Operational Support Performance and Improvement Assistant to join the Neighbourhood Environment Services team at Seafield Depot. You will support frontline waste and cleansing operations by managing internal systems, analysing data and ensuring accurate customer information.

You’ll work with supervisors to monitor performance, extract reports, manage enquiries and keep key systems updated.
