We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) to lead technical operations in a high-tech aerospace environment. This hands-on role involves planning, coordinating, and optimising AIT activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving efficiency in space-focused hardware manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) workflows for aerospace hardware
- Ensure operational processes comply with quality, safety, and industry standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
- Manage documentation, reporting, and traceability of all operations
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues and implement best practices
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
- Strong experience in electronics and aerospace / space hardware
- Proven experience managing AIT operations in a technical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards for aerospace projects
- Leadership experience and the ability to coordinate technical teams and workflows
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Fluent in English

- Experience with planning or process management tools
- Familiarity with complex aerospace or space systems
