Build strong teams.This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across operations, distribution, safety and people development, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, influence and the opportunity to lead beyond the day-to-day. The RoleYou’ll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and high quality operations across batching, distribution and office-based teams. Working closely with production, technical and commercial colleagues, you’ll focus on continuous improvement, strong customer outcomes and developing high-performing, engaged teams. Clear communication, coaching and building trusted relationships – internally and externally – will be central to your success. What You’ll Be Responsible For Health, Safety & WellbeingSafety is at the heart of everything we do. Lead a strong, visible safety culture across operational and customer sites Carry out safety audits, risk assessments and inspections Ensure high-quality safety training for employees and drivers Embed health, safety, legal, environmental and quality standards into daily operations Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including audit processes Operations LeadershipYou’ll bring clarity, structure and calm leadership to complex operations. Lead and support Remote Batching, Distribution, Internal Sales and Technical Support teams Improve processes, communication and efficiency across departments Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met Partner with technical teams to deliver cost-effective customer solutions Manage operational budgets, costs and purchase order compliance Lead Plant Supervisors and the District Operations Supervisor with a supportive, coaching approach Distribution & Customer ExperienceYou’ll champion excellent service – even when things don’t go to plan. Plan daily and weekly customer orders in collaboration with sites and Customer Service Resolve customer issues quickly and proactively Embed a Right First Time approach to order accuracy Deliver the QUOTIFIC customer experience: quoted, delivered and invoiced correctly Use digital tools such as PEAK AI, CRM and Onsite to support performance Manage fleet utilisation, transport availability and haulage costs People & Talent DevelopmentWe’re committed to growing careers – including yours.
