Barclays in Glasgow is recruiting for its Operations Graduate programme to develop and deploy insights that influence how we run day-to-day activities. The role supports the operations division, enabling better decision-making and the launch of new products and services with a focus on risk and controls.

You will rotate through three eight-month placements, gain exposure to real-time processing, and participate in bespoke training to build technical depth and leadership capability while working
