FIXED TERM / SECONDMENT FOR 1 YEAR
This is a senior operational leadership role, with initial focus on the implementation of the GP Walk In service delivery in Invergordon, and scope to support wider Highland rollout as the service develops.
This role reflects a system level operational management post, with responsibility for governance, performance, workforce and finance.
Key Elements of the Role
- Operational leadership of GP Walk In Services
- Responsibility for service governance, risk and performance
- Designated budget holder
- Line management of service staff
- Senior engagement across Primary Care, Unscheduled Care and national workstreams
