Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 8 employees
- Managing workload distribution and operational performance
- Monitoring KPIs and service level agreements
- Driving process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Ensuring adherence to FCA and regulatory requirements
- Managing risk, governance, and quality control activities
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior management
- Supporting business change and transformation projects
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous Operations Management experience within Financial Services
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Experience managing operational performance and service delivery
- A proven track record of driving process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
