9 DexCom Operating Limited is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional for Edinburgh, delivering frontline desktop support on-site five days a week. The role covers Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365, with strong emphasis on incident management via ServiceNow and adherence to SLAs.

You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech, while provisioning devices, imaging, and hardware refresh activities.
