Job Description

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks a Built Estate Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and estate management across Defence sites. The role spans multiple sites with responsibility for safety, budget, and performance, reporting to senior stakeholders.

You’ll lead teams, manage contractors, ensure statutory compliance and drive improvements while supporting MOD objectives and carbon reduction ambitions.
