OfficeManager to join its team on a
temporary contract. This is an excellentopportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support theday-to-day running of a busy office environment while assisting with asignificant office relocation project scheduled for later in the year.

provide effective administrative and facilitiessupport, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and help ensure a smoothtransition during the office move.
Your new role
As Office Manager,you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operationsof the office, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and provides aprofessional environment for staff and visitors.
You will play a
keyrole in managing building-related administration, coordinating contractors,handling office logistics, and supporting the planning and execution of anupcoming office move.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, visitors, and correspondence.
- Managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
- Coordinating contractors and suppliers regarding building maintenance, repairs, and facilities-related issues.
- Supporting the administration and management of office buildings and workplace facilities.
- Organising meeting rooms, preparing meeting spaces, and providing general administrative support.
- Coordinating logistics and planning activities associated with the upcoming office relocation.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and office inventories.
- Supporting wider business operations through effective organisation and problem-solving.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, or senior administrative position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
