Your new company
Legal Firm with offices based in Edinburgh City Centre.
Your new role
To provide a comprehensive office support service for other employees to facilitate the efficient functioning of the firm in accordance with its policies, procedures and work instructions.

Day to day responsibilities –
•Opening incoming mail and scanning for staff
•Collection and preparation of outgoing mail
•Providing advice to staff members on the most appropriate method of mail delivery, including organising couriers and doing hand deliveries
•Scanning and copying documents
•Distribution and tracking of unreferenced mail
•Creating new client paper files
•Data input in relation to the processing of closed files prior to sending to and uplifting the physical files from off-site storage
•Data input in relation to the processing of client documents prior to sending to and uplifting the physical documents from off-site storage
•General maintenance of all MDFs including paper refills, IT support and supply orders

•Administration experience
•Excellent organisational skills and able to work to demanding time scales
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•A strong team worker
