Leaders In Care are working with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a 40-bed nursing home in North Ayrshire. The role requires strong leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and maintain regulatory standards.

You’ll lead a supportive team, manage the home’s performance, budgets and occupancy, and work with regional leadership to drive improvements while ensuring the highest standards of care and resident wellbeing.
