Registered Nursing Home Manager
55 Bed Service – Bishops Stortford
£60,000-£65,000 per annum
About the Role
As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence based practice, and innovation.
You will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
- Set and maintain outstanding standards of dementia care and person centred practice
- Create a warm, homely, and stimulating environment for residents living with dementia
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, with a clear ambition for Outstanding
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively without losing sight of care quality
- Champion continuous improvement and new approaches to dementia care
About You
- Registered Manager with a good track record of good CQC reports
- Valid NMC PIN or a background in managing nursing homes
- Background in elderly and dementia care
- At least 2 years as a Registered Manager
