- Well-established, fully occupied service with no agency reliance
- Strong existing quality ratings and positive local reputation
- Opportunity to lead and support a service transition and future expansion project
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training & development
- Supportive senior management structure with genuine opportunities for progression
What we’re looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
- Experienced Nursing Home Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Home Manager role
- Hold a recognised care management qualification (e.g. SVQ/NVQ Level 5, RMA, or Diploma Level 5)
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – essential
- Proven experience managing change, leading teams through growth, and maintaining quality during transition
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, retain, and develop a stable staff team
- Solid understanding of CI/CQC regulations, safeguarding, and local authority processes
- Commercial awareness with a sales and occupancy focus, while maintaining outstanding care standards
- Highly organised, proactive, with excellent communication and administrative skills
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware nurse leader to take the reins of a high-performing nursing home, while helping shape the future of a growing service with strong senior-level support.
