Leaders In Care Ltd are assisting a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a welcoming 40-bed nursing home in North Ayrshire.

You will lead daily operations, ensure high standards of care, maintain regulatory compliance and drive service improvements while mentoring a dedicated team and maintaining strong relationships with residents and families.

Competitive salary of £55,000 – £60,000 per annum and a supportive leadership team await the right candidate.
