Ready to launch your legal career at the very top of the profession, joining a Band 1 Disputes & Regulatory team at Burness Paull. This role will allow you to become part of our high-performing Edinburgh office, delivering first class legal services across a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- This role offers exposure to high-quality work, excellent training and mentoring, and the opportunity to develop your litigation skills within a collaborative and supportive team.
- You will work on a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial litigation, professional negligence, product liability, public law disputes and public procurement matters.
- Working alongside experienced lawyers, you’ll support all stages of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
- While the workload can be demanding at times, it offers significant professional growth, exposure to high calibre work, and the satisfaction of delivering outstanding results for clients.
Qualifications
- Newly qualified solicitor with trainee experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
- Motivated and eager to learn, enjoy working as part of a close knit team.
- Ready to develop a successful career in dispute resolution.
