Nightshift Senior Care Lead – Compassionate Team Leader

Job Description

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a full-time night-shift role (8am-8pm, 4 nights over 7) to provide personalised care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You will lead a team, set high standards, and build strong relationships with residents and their families.

You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to plan care, support activities, administer medication, and maintain accurate records.
