Nightshift Production Supervisor
Location: Huntly, Aberdeenshire
Salary: £48,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the night shift, ensuring a safety focused culture while meeting quality targets and production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise night shift operations from 7 pm to 5 am, Monday to Thursday.
- Make decisions and solve mechanical or technical issues during the night shift.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of all production paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coach and train team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes.
- Proactive, effective team player with a can do attitude.
- Experience managing a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
