Nightshift Operations Leader

Jobsatstraiton is seeking a lead nightshift manager to oversee overnight store operations and replenishment readiness for the next day. You will partner with the leadership team to plan for key trading events and manage pay, scheduling, training and employee relations across the night crew.

The role requires experience leading managers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong data and KPI interpretation skills, and a commitment to inclusivity and safe, high-performing teams.
