St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join Alma McFayden Care Centre on a nights bank basis. You will lead a team of care workers to provide high-quality care, support the Manager, and ensure residents retain dignity and independence.

You will handle routine care tasks, participate in care planning, and help deliver person-centred care while promoting safety and confidentiality. A strong commitment to elderly care is essential.
