Night Warehouse Team Lead – People-Centric Ops

Job Description

Gist is hiring a Warehouse Section Leader for the Lenziemill night shift. You will lead 11-13 colleagues, ensure the daily plan is delivered safely and efficiently, and balance people leadership with operational delivery.

You’ll coach, develop and appraise staff, monitor KPIs, and manage attendance and wellbeing. The role is nights, 20:00-06:00, four nights out of seven with some weekend work.
