Gist Limited is recruiting a Transport Shift Manager for nights at Lenziemill, Cumbernauld. You will lead a busy night transport operation, manage drivers and ensure safe, efficient delivery with high standards.

Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, you’ll drive performance, coach your team and foster a positive culture focused on accountability. Salary up to £43,000 plus £6,004 Night Shift Allowance; 38 hours weekly on a 4-in-7 rotating night pattern, 20:00-06:00.
