Job Description

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Transport Administrator to join our night shift at the Iceland Distribution Centre in Livingston. This full-time, permanent role supports the transport operation by coordinating deliveries, ensuring driver compliance and maintaining service standards across the UK.

You will provide day-to-day admin support, communicate with drivers and customers, monitor tachographs and Working Time Directive, and help with labour planning to meet legal requirements.
