Night Support Worker – Empowering Youth to Thrive

Job Description

Witherslack Group Ltd is seeking a Night Support Worker to care for young people in our residential homes during waking nights on a 4 on/4 off rota. You will respond to needs, provide a safe, trusting presence, and help maintain the home while supporting positive wellbeing and transitions to independence.

The role requires resilience, empathy and a full UK driving licence, with a 4-week induction via the Care Academy and opportunities for progression within the organisation.
