Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly hello and an infectious smile
- Ensure seamless guest check in/out procedures
- Provide accurate information about the local area and hotel facilities and services
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Create a brilliant customer service environment, promoting guest loyalty
- Ensure the building is safe and secure overnight
- Attend to guests’ requirements and provide a personal experience
Qualifications
- Deliver excellent standards and accuracy
- Use initiative and self aware evaluation of one’s own work
- Have a customer service attitude
- Ability to multi task and organise a variable workload
- Provide excellent attention to detail
- Genuine desire to provide a warmer welcome to guests
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
