Night Porter

As a Night Porter, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, supporting your Head of Department and keeping things running like clockwork. You’ll maximise guest satisfaction by delivering excellent guest care at all times, interacting with guests at welcome and departure and shaping their experience by preparing room service orders in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests (along with your other colleagues in the Night team).
- Carry out regular Fire Walks each night.
- Be detail oriented, setting out ambient breakfast items in the morning so they look great.
