Night Owl: Student Residence Customer Advisor

Student Roost in Glasgow is hiring a Night Owl – Customer Service Advisor to cover 20:00-08:00 shifts. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, handling enquiries, supporting events, arranging viewings and liaising with agents.

The fixed-term role for 12 months averages 42 hours per week across four on/ four off shifts, with a salary of £30,466.80 per year. A proactive, friendly approach and basic MS Office skills are essential.
