Job Description

About the Role

Night Kitchen Porter to join our busy Back of House team to support our award winning kitchens across the resort. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and equipment, such as pots, dishes, cleaning floors and waste management. This role is key to ensuring chefs have the necessary equipment operational.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic attitude towards our work.
  • Reasonable grasp of the English language and ability to communicate with kitchen team members.
  • Ability to work varied shifts and be reliable to start and finish at required times.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene.
  • Ability to use and understand the working of kitchen porter equipment, including cleaning of said equipment.

Hours

Permanent Part Time, 16 hours per week – 2 days out of 7, 21:30 – 06:00.

Salary

£14,371.31 per annum + TRONC.
